i work at a gym and as an engineer (which is why i have so much time to stare at these cartoon in the morning) and that diet is killing people. iv'e seen people come in wanting my help to get back in shape after this diet and they need to shit out 20 or more pounds that cant come out because of a serious lack of fiber/carbs in their diet its sad and it never works. eat less and find a place to walk everyday!!
